Dr. Caldwell, raised in Arizona, graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science in Molecular and Cellular Biology. She then went on to receive her Doctorate in Dental Medicine from Roseman University of Health Sciences in South Jordan Utah, where she graduated with the distinguished Clinical Excellence and Clinical Dedication awards and was elected membership to Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the prestigious national dental honor society.
After receiving her Doctorate in Dental Medicine, Dr. Caldwell went on to receive comprehensive training in Parenteral Moderate IV Sedation from the Oregon Academy of General Dentistry in Portland Oregon. Dr. Caldwell is published and was elected Top Dentist in 2019-2020 by Women in Medicine Magazine. Dr. Caldwell is committed to education. She continues to grow and maintain her knowledge and skills through the Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, Arizona Dental Association and American Association of Women Dentists.
When Dr. Caldwell is not practicing dentistry, you can find her scuba diving, exploring the great outdoors, traveling, or spending time with her beautiful family..
Born and raised in the south suburbs of Chicago, Dr. Samantha Holder was “smile-crazy” from an early age and knew she wanted to be a dentist. She loves the way she gets to know people through dentistry and how gratifying it can be to change someone’s life for the better through a restored smile or relief from pain.
Dr. Holder attended Illinois State University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in clinical laboratory science. She continued her education at the University of Illinois at Chicago, where she completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2006. While at UIC, she received the Gerald L. Wine scholarship for excellence in patient relationships.
Dr. Holder continues to show her commitment to patients by focusing only on them and spending the extra time to ensure that their comfort and dental needs are fulfilled. Each of her patients is treated like family! She is passionate about your comfort, convenience, and personally ensures you get the best results.
Each year Dr. Holder spends a significant amount of time learning new techniques and staying current in the dental arts. She is currently a member of the American Dental Association, the Arizona Dental Association, and the Central Arizona Dental Society.
In her spare time, Dr. Holder enjoys exploring the sights of our wonderful country, reading mysteries, and spending time with her husband and children.
Dr. Matthew Migdat (“Dr. Matt”) was born in Pomona, California. Dr Matt received his Bachelor’s degree in Biological Studies from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah and his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Roseman University in South Jordan, Utah. Since graduating, Dr. Migdat has taken numerous continuing education courses in order to advance his Dental knowledge. He received implant training at the WhiteCap Implant Institute in Utah and is certified by the Pathway Symposium in oral conscious sedation. Dr. Matt is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Dr. Matt’s favorite part of dentistry is helping people feel comfortable in the dental chair and helping them find relief from pain. Dr. Matt married his wife Rahgan in 2016, and she currently practices law in Phoenix. They have a mini goldendoodle named Kevin who hates brushing his teeth. When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Matt loves playing pickleball, volleyball, and spending time with his wife and dog.
Dr. Brett Egelske grew up in Indiana, moved to California in 2012, and now resides in Arizona as of June 2023. He went to Indiana University and IU Dental School. In his spare time, he loves to golf, spend time with his wife and kids, play guitar, and can sing like Elvis! He has two dogs that he loves dearly.
Through Dr. Brett’s career he had the pleasure of working in California near Hollywood Studios and got to work on movie stars, writers, producers, and crew members. He was associate of the year both years he worked at that office. He is also a founding member of the I.A.O.M. Dental Implants.
Fun facts about Dr. Brett: he invented the dental bur to make doing crowns easier. He’s in a documentary about a Hollywood Icon. Wrote and sang two songs when he was eighteen years old. He’s has two hole-in-ones in golf. He learned compassion by helping raise his special needs sister, which is what lead him into healthcare.
Dr. Skyler Smith, a native Arizonian, grew up in Mesa where he attended Red Mountain High School. He then continued his education at Arizona State University where he graduated in Health and Wellness with an emphasis in Health Promotion. His life-long passion for health lead him to work full time as a dental lab technician and learn more about the dental field while at ASU. Following graduation, he attended Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health where received his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree and a certificate in public health with a dental emphasis.
Dr. Smith met his wife, Kari, while attending ASU and was soon married. They now have 4 young children: Ellie, Travis, Lexi, and Brock. Dr. Smith’s family currently resides in Queen Creek and has grown to love the small-town feel. When not working and running the kids all around town for extracurriculars, Dr. Smith enjoys woodworking, art, and traveling with his family. He loves the memories they make and share together.
